Shipping policy

We currently ship with DHL Express for most destinations. 

We offer shipping to: UAE, KSA, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, Jordan, Egypt, Turkey, EU, UK, Australia and USA.

Processing Time:  All orders are processed within 24 hours - except for orders placed on Friday or any public holidays.   

Shipping time: We offer an estimated delivery time of 2-7 days. 

Shipping prices are based weight and will be calculated at the checkout page based on the number and total weight of all your items. 

Tracking: Once your items have been shipped, you will receive an email with the shipping confirmation and your tracking number.

mbivinyl.com will not be responsible to pay for any custom duties or any government extra charges of any shipments at the country of destination.

In case you have never received your order after 10 days of receiving a shipping confirmation email. Please contact us at support@mbivinyl.com and we will start an investigation of the incident to help you recover the items.
